We currently have an opening for an experienced Manufacturing Associate to help manufacture product as we grow to meet our customer’s needs.

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the manufacture of liquid dietary supplements utilizing PLC automation – operating equipment and regulating the manufacturing process.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the controlled work area
  • Cleaning the manufacturing and bottling equipment
  • Bottling of products – manually and operation of the automated bottling line equipment
  • Problem-solving to maintain manufacturing process consistency, efficiency, and operational standards

Qualifications:

Required education and experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1yr experience in food, pharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing

Preferred education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, science, engineering or related field
  • 1-2yrs experience in food, pharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing
  • Experience working in a clean room setting
  • cGMP experience - following SOP’s
  • Experience with Batch records

Individuals must be able to walk, bend, stoop, repeatedly lift up to 35lbs and withstand a manufacturing environment

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility for overtime as needed to complete manufacturing functions.

The Staff Accountant will support senior management in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Maintain Purchase Order Processing system.
  • Manage employee credit card applications and charges.
  • Process Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain files as needed within the department. 
  • Prepare correspondence as needed within the department. 
  • Assist HR and senior management with payroll system and payroll related items. 
  • Assist with 401(k) system. 
  • Assist Account Managers with AR and invoicing. 
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining company insurance policies (except Employee Benefits, which are maintained by the HR Department). 
  • Assist with inventory management and importing of sales from website.
  • Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as required – often on short notice - by senior management. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Business with an emphasis in Accounting, and a minimum of 5 years professional experience.

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will manage the tactical execution of corporate communications including web content, press releases, blogging, Executive appearances, print advertisements and social media content and monitoring.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with prominent members of the company to create content to grow the company’s footprint (craft and pitch press releases and thought leadership columns, corporate announcements, and creative content)
  • Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors and/or the industry. Share/route information to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure all website information and materials are accurate and up to date. Ensure consistency and translate information across all web and social channels.
  • Develop all advertisements for distributors, practitioners and consumers, collaborating with various stakeholders to execute.
  • Brief the “creative teams” in design, copy, image and content needs in the development of advertisements.
  • Work with the digital team on scripts for webinars and other videos.
  • Collaborate with collateral marketing coordinator to ensure materials, product information and sales tools are updated to website in a timely.
  • Route advertising, PR and social materials for review, regulatory and legal stakeholders.
  • Work with and agency partners and internal/external digital teams, as needed, to establish quotes, production schedules and final delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and report project expenses and process invoices with accounts payable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Public Relations or related field with at least 1-year marketing and content creation experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing or relationship management. Experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for handling domestic and international customer service inquiries regarding shipping, returns and complaints, as well as the preparation of all international compliance documentation.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Handle, track and resolve all customer complaints – incorrect shipments, missing shipments, product issues, etc.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding shipping status and product issues via phone, web and email.
  • Maintain and expand database of complaints - keep accurate records and document customer service actions/discussions (Infusionsoft).
  • Prepare paper work, as needed, for international shipments including: COA’s, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) forms, Customs documents, etc.
  • Assist International Sales Supervisor with research and paperwork regarding international rules and product registrations. 
  • Handle international sample requests and overflow sample requests from other departments as needed.
  • Become an expert on all QS products – clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing.
  • Through daily interaction with customers, suggest improvements in the sales/customer service process.
  • Provide phone coverage for front desk and sales team as needed

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant work experience. Minimum 1-year customer support experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Ideal candidates have the following traits:

  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
  • International shipping experience.
  • Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Results driven and solution-oriented with the ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of customers (practitioners, distributors, consumers).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work and market environment.

Work Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Payrate: $15.00/hr.
