I believe that natural, radiant, and robust health is our birthright.
Of course, good nutrition is essential for this, but in today’s toxic, depleted, and stress-filled world, it’s hard to get enough support from food alone. Supplementation seems an obvious solution, but despite the claims, many supplements on the market fail to deliver on their promise. That’s why I founded Quicksilver Scientific.
It all started with my quest to solve my own health problem of mercury toxicity. I needed a way to increase absorption (bioavailability) of certain nutrients – in my case, glutathione. Typical delivery methods of glutathione rendered it ineffective as it was easily broken down in the GI tract. In looking for a way to bypass this issue, I came upon a promising delivery form – the liposome.
Unfortunately, the quality of existing liposomal products was low and variable. So, I had to make them myself. After months of trials and obsession, I figured out the core principals and chemistry needed for nutraceutical liposomes, which evolved into our flagship product, Liposomal Glutathione. It continues to be widely recognized as the gold standard for all liposomal glutathione products on the market today.
