He strives to evolve the way the medical industry delivers care, and he is perpetually broadening the way the world understands health.

Mr. White did his undergraduate studies in pre-med, psychology and mathematics at Seattle Central Community College and The Evergreen State College in Washington State. He completed a Masters in TCM at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco CA in 1990 and has Diplomate status with the National Board of Acupuncture Orthopedics. In 2001 he began studies in Functional Medicine including blood chemistry, detoxification, endocrinology, and brain chemistry. He has completed certification training programs in Japanese Classical Meridian Therapy, Toyo Hari, Western Herbal studies, Biological Detoxification, various Functional Medicine Modules, Homotoxicology and Biopuncture as well as non-certificate programs in European Drainage Homeopathy, German Biological Medicine and Darkfield Microscopy.
In 2015, Dale joined Dr. Christopher Shade as a Clinical Consultant for Quicksilver Scientific, providing physician education on test interpretation, products and protocols.

Mindy’s background is in functional nutrition and prior to Quicksilver, she was owner of Be Well Nutrition, LLC, a functional nutrition consultant practice where she provided services to concierge medical practices and boutique fitness centers.
Mindy lives in Colorado and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Jenny Olson, MNT, BCHN
Jenny’s background includes advanced training in clinical nutrition and holistic health. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado, Jenny pursued her passion for health and wellness at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado, where she earned her Master Nutrition Therapist Master Certification. Her previous roles include Nutritional Health Coach at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage and as a Nutrition Therapist for Roots Medical Clinic.
In addition to her work at Quicksilver Scientific, Jenny provides functional nutrition therapy and health coaching through private nutrition consultation. She finds joy in taking her years of education and experience and paying it forward to help others thrive holistically. Being a Colorado native, Jenny enjoys exploring the trails of the Rocky Mountains and never takes those majestic mountain sunsets for granted. She is a musician at heart, being a classically trained pianist and loves teaching children’s piano.

For more than 12 years Sarah ran a clinical practice in Denver helping thousands of individuals, communities and corporations achieve their health and wellness goals. Sarah then transitioned into the nutrition industry and wrote Buddies In My Belly to teach children about the microbiome. She started, Even, a medical food company addressing side effects of medications caused by nutrient depletions. Sarah also holds several patents including nutritional adjuvants for vaccines designed to improve vaccine response by priming and guiding the immune system. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
