QS Liposomal Glutathione Improves Glutathione Status

Blood serum and urine samples were collected at 2 week intervals. Participants dosed 250 mg of Quicksilver's Liposomal Glutathione twice daily for 4 weeks. Blood serum and urine samples were collected at 2 week intervals.

RESULTS: Total serum glutathione levels increased by an
average of 25% over 4 weeks.

QS Liposomal Glutathione Supports DNA Function and Integrity

Participants dosed 250 mg of Quicksilver's Liposomal Glutathione twice daily for 4 weeks. Blood serum and urine samples were collected at 2 week intervals.

graph

Male participant (age 51)

RESULTS:

*The oxidative stress market F2-Isoprostane decreased by 55% in the first 14 days, maintaining a 52% decrease after 28 days.

*The oxidative stress marker *-OHdG decreased by 96% in the first 14 days, maintaining an 87% decrease after 28 days.

F2-isoprostane (F2-osiprostoglandin, 8-iso-prostoglandin F2 (alpha)) is the oxidized degradation product of arachidonic acid. Urinary F2-isoprostane is the gold standard marker of lipid peroxidation, reliable for assessing oxidative stress.

8-OHdg (8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine) is an oxidized base that has been identified and removed from the DNA, excreted in the urine. *-OHdG is widely used as a marker of oxidative stress and other degenerative conditions. Source: Precision Point Diagnostics

In this third party, 10-person study, five participants were administered 600 mg of IV glutathione and five participants were administered 600 mg of Quicksilver's Liposomal Glutathione. Whole blood glutathione was measured at baseline and six-hours after administration.

RESULTS:

After six hours, participants who were administered Liposomal Glutathione maintained higher blood levels compared to IV participants.

Quicksilver’s liposomal delivery technology supports the absorption of ingredients directly to cells, bypassing the bioavailability constraints of traditional supplement delivery methods. This can only be achieved through stable chemistry methods and crafting liposomes that are small enough to easily diffuse through cell membranes.

We use high shear homogenization and employ iterative quality, potency, and particle size testing processes using light scattering technology with each and every batch to ensure the smallest particle size to ensure the smallest particle size for maximum absorption.

We compared Quicksilver's Liposomal Glutathione's particle size and distribution with four combarable liposomal glutathione brands. Quicksilver's Liposomal Glutathione's average particle diameter measured at 54 nanometers with a tight distribution, representing a stable, intact liposome. Comparable liposomal glutathione brands average particle diameter ranged between 13x and 93x larger than Quicksilver's with multiple points of distribution representing separation of ingredients and an unstable solution.

Liposomal Glutathione FAQs

Liposomal Glutathione by Quicksilver Scientific

At Quicksilver Scientific, we're dedicated to enhancing your well-being through innovative science and premium quality. Our Liposomal Glutathione supplement offers unmatched bioavailability, ensuring your body receives the maximum benefits of this essential antioxidant.

Glutathione, known as the "master antioxidant," plays a vital role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and maintaining overall health. The benefits of glutathione are extensive, from supporting liver function and detoxification to boosting immune health and enhancing skin vitality. Traditional supplements often fall short in delivering this potent nutrient effectively, but our advanced liquid form of liposomal glutathione changes the game.

Superior Absorption with Liposomal Delivery

The key to our glutathione liposomal formula lies in its superior absorption via a liquid formula.  Liposomes, microscopic lipid spheres, encapsulate the glutathione, shielding it from the harsh environment of the digestive tract. This ensures that more bioavailable glutathione reaches your cells, amplifying its effectiveness and delivering profound health benefits.

Benefits of Liposomal Glutathione

Incorporating our liposomal glutathione into your daily regimen can significantly enhance your health. Liposomal glutathione may support several biological functions such as:

  • Detoxification: May support the liver in eliminating toxins, promoting a cleaner, healthier body.
  • Immune Support: May boost your immune system, helping you stay resilient against infections.
  • Skin Health: May promote radiant, youthful skin by combating oxidative stress and supporting cellular repair.
  • Energy and Vitality: May reduce oxidative damage, leading to increased energy levels and overall vitality.
  • Mitochondrial Function: May supports mitochondrial health and function, which is essential for energy production in cells.
  • Athletic Performance: May enhance athletic performance and recovery by reducing muscle fatigue and damage.
  • Anti-Inflammatory Properties: May reduce inflammation in the body, which is beneficial for conditions like arthritis and other inflammatory diseases.
  • Improved Insulin Sensitivity and Diabetes Management: May improve insulin sensitivity, helping to manage blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of diabetes-related complications.

It’s important to note that while glutathione supplementation has potential benefits, its effectiveness can vary based on individual health status, specific health conditions, dosage, and the form of supplementation. It’s also advisable to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplemental glutathione regimen.

What is liposomal glutathione?

Liposomal glutathione is a form of the antioxidant glutathione that is encapsulated within liposomes. Liposomes are tiny lipid (fat) vesicles that can encapsulate substances like glutathione, protecting them from degradation in the digestive system and enhancing their absorption into the body.

What does liposomal glutathione do?

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that plays a crucial role in detoxification processes in the body, particularly in the liver. It helps neutralize free radicals, supports the immune system, and is involved in various cellular processes. Liposomal glutathione supplementation is often used to support antioxidant defenses, detoxification, and overall health.

When to take liposomal glutathione?

Liposomal glutathione can be taken at any time of the day, but some individuals prefer to take it in the morning with breakfast or before meals to ensure optimal absorption. However, specific timing may depend on individual preferences and health goals. Consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended for personalized advice.

How to take liposomal glutathione?

Liposomal glutathione typically comes in liquid form and is administered orally.. It's often taken by placing the recommended dosage under the tongue and holding it there for a brief period before swallowing to enhance absorption. Alternatively, it can be mixed with water or juice before consumption.
