What is the Quicksilver Rewards program?

The Quicksilver Rewards Program is a free to join consumer program* to reward our valued consumers for their loyalty. Members will receive rewards points by making purchases and performing other actions that they can redeem to receive discount rewards. Members’ qualifying purchases and actions can also unlock VIP tiers that provide perks.

*Program is not applicable for WHLS orders and customers.

How do I join Quicksilver Rewards?

If you already have a consumer account, you have been automatically opted-in to the Rewards program. Sign in to your account and navigate to the rewards program landing page from Quicksilverscientific.com or click here to view your Quicksilver Rewards account.
If you do not have an account but would like to join Quicksilver Rewards, please visit Quicksilverscientific.com > Rewards Program or click here. Click “JOIN NOW” and follow the instructions as prompted. A Shopify account will automatically be created for all consumers who sign up for the rewards program.

Am I eligible to join Quicksilver Rewards?

All consumers are eligible to join Quicksilver Rewards. Accounts with WHSL pricing including Practitioner accounts, both CHP and LPs, and Retail Partners are not eligible to join at this time.

What are points? How do I earn them?

You will receive points on your account for qualifying purchases and completed earn actions. Qualifying purchases include the purchase of any product currently offered on Quicksilverscientific.com but do not include past purchases or the purchase of gift cards.

Points will not be awarded on unauthorized or fraudulent purchases, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us. The amount of a purchase made using gift cards and/or discount codes as the method of payment will not be applied to your point accrual or spending.

Points are awarded for every $1 you spend on Quicksilverscientific.com. Points are awarded when an order is paid. The dollar-to-point ratio depends on your VIP Tier status.

  • Bronze tier: 1 point per $1
  • Silver tier: 1.25 points per $1
  • Gold tier: 1.5 points per $1

Points can also be received by completing earn actions. These actions each have corresponding points values assigned. Earn actions are subject to change under the discretion of Quicksilver Scientific. They include:

  • Create an account: 100 points (one-time)
  • Sign up for texts: 50 points (one-time)
  • Follow us on Instagram: 10 points (one-time)
  • Facebook like: 10 points (one-time)
  • Subscribe on YouTube: 10 points (one-time)
  • Leave a review: 50 points
  • Add photo to review: 25 points
  • Add video to review: 25 points
  • Refer a friend: 100 points (for successful referrals)

You can also receive points for other occasions. These occasions include VIP Tier status upgrades and birthdays. You must enter your birthday on the "Birthday reward" tile on the Rewards page to receive a birthday reward. If your birthday is within 30 days of entering, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.

  • Silver Tier reached: 50 points
  • Gold Tier reached: 100 points
  • Bronze Birthday: 100 points
  • Silver Birthday: 150 points
  • Gold Birthday: 200 points

Other special programs and promotional offers (including personalized offers) for earning points may be made by Quicksilver on occasion.

Points will expire after two years (730 days) of customer inactivity. Inactivity is defined as a period with no purchases made from Quicksilverscientific.com.

If an item is returned, the points received from the purchase of the item will be deducted from a consumer’s overall points.

Points can be redeemed in exchange for rewards. For more information, go to "How do I redeem points?"

How do referrals work?

To refer a friend, go to the “Refer a Friend” section of the Quicksilver Rewards page. You will be asked to enter your first name and email address. Next you will enter your friend’s email address (desktop), copy a link to send, or send via SMS (mobile). If you enter their email address or phone number, your friend will automatically receive a message with a referral link to the Quicksilver website. If the link is copied, it must be shared manually with the friend for referral.

The rewards associated with "Refer a Friend" are a 10% discount off their first purchase of $100+ for the friend and 100 points for the referrer. These rewards are only received if a single purchase of $100 or more is made using the referral link. The referral link will only give rewards for the first purchase made using the link.

The 10% referral discount is not stackable with other discounts or coupon codes.

How do I redeem points? What rewards are available?

Quicksilver Rewards Program members can spend their accumulated points to receive the promotional discount rewards below:

Each reward has a unique minimum purchase amount required for use. The discount code will not work unless the purchase on which the code is being used meets the minimum spending requirement.

The Rewards Page is an interactive tool that members must use to receive discounts. To redeem points and receive rewards, please log in to your account and visit the Quicksilver Rewards page. Click “REDEEM POINTS” or scroll down to "How to Use Your Points". This will show you what rewards you are eligible to redeem. Redeemable rewards will say "REDEEM" in a white box underneath the reward.

To redeem, simply select REDEEM under the reward you want. The site will ask, “Are you sure?”. If you are sure, click “Yes”. This will generate a unique discount code that can be used at checkout and will remove the points associated with the reward from your account. Click the icon next to the code to copy it to your clipboard. You will also receive an email in your inbox with the discount code included.

Once a reward has been redeemed, the points for that reward will be removed from your account and a discount code will be added.

When you are ready to check out, proceed as usual to checkout and paste your discount code into the “Discount code” box and click "Apply".

Exclusions apply. Rewards program discounts do not apply to subscription orders. Discounts are not stackable with each other or any other discounts. Rewards discounts are single-use only.

Discounts can only be applied to logged-in consumer accounts. A Shopify account will automatically be created for all consumers who sign up for the rewards program.

What are tiers?

Following initial tier placement, Program tier status is based solely on your total spending amount on unreturned qualifying purchases within a rolling year period beginning on the date of entry into your current tier.

Currently, there are three Quicksilver Rewards Program tiers:

  • Bronze Tier ($0 - $499.99 Spend)
  • Silver Tier ($500.00 - $999.99 Spend)
  • Gold Tier ($1,000.00 or higher Spend)

If you spend enough to qualify you for a new tier, your new tier status will take effect immediately when the minimum spending for the applicable tier is allocated to your account. As noted above, points earned for purchases that are later returned will be subtracted from your account. If the spending attributable to a returned purchase was responsible for increasing your tier status, your tier status will be reduced accordingly.

Quicksilver Rewards Program members receive personalized benefits based on their tier status. Additional perks will be unlocked after attaining a higher tier level. Account information such as tier status will be accessible by logging into your account on Quicksilverscientific.com. The perks associated with each tier are as follows:

  • Bronze Tier: 1x point multiplier
  • Silver Tier: 50-point entry reward; 150-point birthday gift, 1.25X point multiplier
  • Gold Tier: 100-point entry reward; 200-point birthday gift, 1.5X point multiplier

Tier status is determined on a rolling year basis and will be retained for the 12-month period following the initial crossing of the tier threshold. For example, if you enter Gold Tier on August 1, 2024, you will retain Gold Tier status until August 1, 2025. If your spending during that period does not match or exceed the requirements for tier entry, you will be placed in the tier that corresponds to your spending once the new rolling year period begins. For example, if you spend $750 in the 12-month period after reaching Gold Tier on August 1st, 2024, you will be placed in Silver Tier after August 1st, 2025.

How do I view my points, tier status, and rewards history?

All logged-in rewards program members will be able to see how many points they have and their tier status on the Rewards Program landing page. They are also able to see their point and redemption history by clicking “REWARDS HISTORY” on the Rewards Program page. This will show all points received or redeemed, the date on which they were received or redeemed, the action associated with the points, approval status, discount codes from redemptions, and the date the points expire.

Will I receive communication about Quicksilver Rewards?

By enrolling in the rewards program, you will automatically be signed up to receive communications pertaining to Quicksilver Rewards.

The purpose of these communications is to keep you updated on your rewards account and notify you when changes have been made to your account. The communications include, but are not limited to, a welcome email, a redemption-made email, and a successful referral email.

To opt-out of communication, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Quicksilver Rewards email. If you opt-out, you will no longer receive a discount code in your email inbox when you redeem points.

I made a purchase or completed an Earn Action, but I haven’t received my points reward. What do I do?

There may be some delay between the completion of an Earn Action or purchase and the attribution of points to your account. If you do not immediately receive points to your account, please wait 24 hours for the points to appear. If you still have not received points after 24 hours, contact the Customer Experience team at support@quicksilverscientific.com.

Points for purchases are awarded when an order is paid.

Please note that if your birthday is within 30 days of you entering it into our system, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.

I lost my code. What do I do?

Discount codes can be found in multiple places. When you redeem points in exchange for a discount reward, an email is sent to your inbox with the discount code included. If the code is no longer copied to your clipboard, look for it in your email. Discount codes also appear under “REWARDS HISTORY” on the Quicksilver Rewards page and are recoverable from there.
