"We started using liposomal Magtein for our autistic teen after reading about how magnesium L-threonate is one of the few forms that can cross the blood–brain barrier, and the difference has been genuinely noticeable. Within a couple of weeks, we saw a clear shift in their overall calmness. Situations that would normally feel overwhelming seem more manageable now, and there’s been less emotional reactivity. It’s not sedating or dulling their personality at all—just a more grounded, steady version of themselves.
