Magnesium Hydroxide capsules are designed to support GI regularity in those prone to occasional constipation. Two capsules provide 700 mg of magnesium hydroxide to aid healthy bowel motility.  

Magnesium hydroxide is a form of magnesium that has long been used to support the regularity of bowel movements. Unlike other stimulants, magnesium hydroxide helps bowel movement regularity by drawing water into the intestines to help increase hydration and volume of stool.*
