Shipping, Returns, & Guarantee Policy

Free shipping is available on Consumer orders over $99. Free shipping is available on Wholesale orders over $300 (excludes AK, HI, and PR). 

Once an order is received, it may take up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, pending inventory availability. This applies to ALL shipping methods. 

Standard Shipping: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground 3-7 business days, based on delivery destination. 

Expedited Shipping: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 day 2-3 business days from ship date.  

Please Note:  

  • If your order does not qualify for free shipping, costs will vary by package weight and shipping destination. This cost will be calculated before you confirm your order.
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • UPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Quicksilver Scientific will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact your shipping carrier.

Please refer to our Distributor List to purchase products and testing outside the United States or Puerto Rico. Quicksilver Scientific is not liable for delays or losses during import and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry. Customers are responsible for any additional import taxes or fees. Due to legal requirements, we cannot ship certain products internationally. Due to their sensitive nature, some of our products require shipment in a cool environment (refrigerated items). They are subject to special shipping procedures to ensure customers receive products in good condition. These products are stable at room temperature for 5-7 days. If your product arrives warm, it is NOT damaged, as it was cold when it left our warehouse. For best results, keep all products out of direct sunlight. Heat-sensitive products include CoQ10, Dr. Shade’s The One, Glutathione, Glutathione Complex, NAD+ Gold, Membrane Mend, NAD+ Platinum, Pure PC, and Vitamin C with R-Lipoic Acid. In addition, Vitamin C, Vitamin C+ Elderberry, Immune Charge+, and Quinton Liters should be refrigerated upon opening.  

Cold Products and Protocols/Bundles containing cold products are not eligible for return. We gladly accept returns on new, unused products ordered from our website within 30 days of receipt. Heat-sensitive products, protocols and bundles containing heat-sensitive products, and test kits are not eligible for returns. Wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact [email protected] to be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return Form, which must be enclosed in the returned package. This RMA number has a thirty (30) day expiration date. You (the customer) are responsible for any return shipping cost. We will not accept returns due to a customer’s inability to sell a product or lack of compliance with Quicksilver Scientific’s minimum advertised pricing policy or brand protection policy. We only issue refunds, process returns, or replace products for purchases made directly through Quicksilver Scientific. Quicksilver Scientific reserves the right to authorize refunds, returns, and replacements at its discretion. The Quicksilver Scientific, Inc. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Quicksilver Scientific, Inc. (“Quicksilver”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Quicksilver product you purchased from the Quicksilver website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund within 45 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Quicksilver 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How to Claim the Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact our Customer Support line at 303-531-0861 or email [email protected] and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Quicksilver, or provide other information to assist Quicksilver in processing your request.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you may be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

Quicksilver reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Quicksilver concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee.  Quicksilver may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.

Presently,  our authorized sellers on Amazon.com are “Pattern Products” and “FortressBrand Wellness.” If you have any issues with your products purchased from either of these authorized sellers, please first contact Pattern or FortressBrand Wellness directly through the Amazon portal regarding their return policies. If they are unable to address your concerns, please contact us.

Damaged goods or incorrect shipments should be reported to [email protected] within 10 days of receipt of the package. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Pictures of the damaged goods, manufacturing codes on the back of the bottle, shipping box(es), shipping label, and order number will be required to process your request. Quicksilver will process the claims on behalf of the customer, customers are not able to process claims on their own.
